We had a great time soaking in the stunning Dead Sea views and the delicious breakfast. The night manager was incredibly attentive, making our stay memorable and comfortable.

The staff was very friendly and provided excellent service, but

the check-in process could have been more efficient. I really appreciated the complimentary room upgrade and loved having a sea view. The buffet meals were tasty, yet there could have been more variety.

It was just a fitting option for a short visit in Dead Sea with great value-to-price ratio. The room had a dead cockroach which was extremely off-putting during my 17-day stay. Make sure to check for cleanliness before unpacking.

We had a wonderful time exploring the three pools with the grandkids, especially enjoying the live music by the pool. The kids loved the floating in the Dead Sea. it was hilarious watching them try to splash each other while they floated...  

Unexpected chaos at the buffet

The outdoor beach access was picturesque and relaxing. The pools provided a perfect escape from the heat, and the lounging areas were quite inviting.

However, the dining experience was chaotic and underwhelming, with long waits and inconsistent service. Cleanliness was also an issue, particularly with the flies around the Dive-In bar.

Had an amazing time with friends! We enjoyed the pools and the beach. We danced to live bands that played catchy tunes during summer nights. Remember, the beach can be rocky, so water shoes are a good...

However, the walk to the beach was steep, and some pools were closed, which was disappointing. The dining options felt a bit limited during my stay, and getting a table for dinner took longer than expected due to insufficient seating. Overall, I had a fantastic time, but some improvements in dining layout and accessibility would make it even better.
